Repairs & maintenance
Our existing grounds maintenance contract with Indverde is ending shortly. This means that we need to start the process of appointing a new contractor in June 2024. We anticipate this will be completed by late October.
During this time, we’ll work to try and ensure the service that customers receive is unaffected. Where there is any impact, we’ll aim to keep this to a minimum.
We’ll involve customers in the appointment and selection of a new partner and will update this message with additional information when relevant.
We’ll also discuss this new contract with leaseholders where grounds maintenance forms part of their annual service charge payments.

Maintenance
Our open spaces, grounds and grassed areas are important for the well-being and health of our customers and their neighbours. Bright, well-tended gardens and flower beds, cut lawns and trimmed hedges brighten everyone’s day. We have a dedicated grounds maintenance team, contractors and volunteer groups who all keep our neighbourhoods looking spick and span by mowing lawns, pruning trees, trimming hedges, planting and litter picking in order to make our communities great places to be.
